Reset the application

If you reset your application you will need to go through the setup process to use the application. You account information will be deleted. This will delete all application data such as keys, accounts, files, and organizations.

Option 1: From Within the Application

  • Select Settings from the left hand navigation menu.

  • Navigate to the Profile tab.

  • Click on the "Log Out" button.

  • On the sign-in page, click Reset Account to delete all local application data.


Option 2: If You Can’t Log In

If you’re unable to log into the application:

  • From the Sign In screen, click on Reset Account at the bottom of the page.

  • This will wipe all saved data and bring you back to the setup screen.


Note: Resetting the application only clears local data from your machine. It does not affect any transactions already submitted to the Hedera network.
