1. Click on the Create tab from the top navigation bar 2. Click on SELECT and select Account Creation

3. Optionally, enter any comments you would like to provide with this transaction for other members to view

4. Select the date and time the transaction will be submitted on

The selected date/time for transaction submission should include enough time to collect the required number of signatures.

5. Optionally, enter a memo that will live with the transaction and be viewable by anyone on the Hedera network

6. Enter the Hedera account ID of the account paying for the transaction fee. The checksum value is optional.

7. Enter the account ID of the node that will submit the transaction. The checksum value (-tzfmz) is optional.

8. Click on Edit Key 9. Build the account key by selecting a public key, key from an account imported in the application, from a transaction file, json file, or by importing an account.

10. If it is more than one key, click on Threshold key and enter the threshold 11. Click SAVE 12. Enter the period in which this account should auto-renew (feature is disabled) 13. Select whether the receiver signature is required for when funds are being transferred from this account 14. Click CREATE AND EXPORT
