Account Setup

Once you have installed the application to your device. Please complete the following instructions to setup your application.

1. Open the Transaction Tool application: Open Finder window from the navigation bar and click on "Applications." on the left hand side bar.

   1. Locate and open the Transaction Tool application

   2. Review the important pop-up message and click on “ I Understand and Agree”

2. Setup 24 word Recovery Phrase: If you have a 24-word recovery phrase, import it. Otherwise select "Create New" 24-word recovery phrase

   • Click on Create New

   • Click on the checkbox next to "I understand that if I lose my recovery phrase, I will not be able to create new keys or recover lost keys"

   • Click on Generate (scroll down if you can't see the Generate option)

3. Store your recovery phrase:

   • Ensure you store your recovery phrase in a secure location, as you will not have access to it again.

   • Once stored, click on the checkbox "I have backed up my phrase somewhere safe" and click Verify.

Verify Your Recovery Phrase

1. To verify you have access to your recovery phrase, enter the missing words as prompted and click Next.

Private Key

1. A private key is automatically generated at index 0. You can optionally provide a nickname for your key.

2. Click Next when ready.

Enter Your Device Password

1. A pop-up may appear asking you to enter the "login" keychain password. Enter your device password and click Allow.

You have successfully setup the Transaction Tool and are in the "My Transaction" workspace. This workspace is for you to manage your transactions. If you need to add an Organization, please proceed to:
