Create a transaction that restores content from a file or smart contract. This is an admin-level transaction and can only be authorized by the Hedera Council. You can only restore content prior to the expiration date set for removal of the file or smart contract.

1. Click on the Create tab from the top navigation bar 2. Click on SELECT and select Admin Modify Content

3. Optionally, enter any comments you would like to provide with this transaction for other members to view

4. Click on the "Action" drop-down menu and select Remove Content

5. Click on the "Type" drop-down menu and select Smart Contract or File

6. Select the date and time the transaction will be submitted on

The selected date/time for transaction submission should include enough time to collect the required number of signatures.

7. Optionally, enter a memo that will live with the transaction and viewable by anyone on the Hedera network

8. Enter the Hedera account ID of the account paying for the transaction fee

9. Enter the account ID of the node that will submit the transaction. The checksum value (-tzfmz) is optional.

10. Enter the contract or file ID to remove. The checksum value (-ktach) is optional.

11. Click CREATE AND EXPORT
