Recovery your keys

If you do not remember your application/keys password. Please follow the instructions in the link below.

If you know your password and need to recover a key, please follow the instructions below.

1. Click on the Keys tab from the top navigation 2. Click on Recover Key

3. Enter the key pair index for the key you would like to recover that was provided to you when the keys were generated. Enter a nickname for the keys. 4. Click RECOVER KEY

5. Click Continue 6. Enter your application password and click CONFIRM

7. A pop-up message will confirm the recovery of your key and link to the folder where they have been stored

8. Click CONTINUE

You have now successfully recovered your key. If you need to recover more than one key, please follow the instructions again.

Verify Your Recovered Key

If you would like to confirm you have generated the correct key, you can compare the public key files from your previous key and recovered key. If the public key file was added to a Hedera account, you can request a copy of your public key file to compare with.
