Change your recovery phrase password

To change the password of your 24-word recovery phrase you will need to know the existing password. If you do not know your current recovery phrase password, you will not be able to change the password.

1. Navigate to the Keys tab from the navigation bar

2. Click on Recovery Phrase

3. Enter your current recovery phrase password

4. Click on Change Password

5. Enter your new recovery phrase password

6. Re-enter your new recovery phrase password

7. Click Continue

You have now updated your recovery phrase password. You will be required to use this new password when trying to access your recovery phrase.
