FREEZE TRANSFER OF TOKENS OF A USER

Freeze transfers of the specified token for the user

PUT /tokens/{tokenId}/{username}/freeze

Freezes transfers of the specified token for the user. Only users with the Standard Registry role are allowed to make the request
